Ed’s All Purpose was created in the home of the McDowell family of Chesnee, SC(a small town in Spartanburg County). When Ed came up with, at that time seasoning, they knew that they had something of value. It is low sodium and gluten free. It is not a seasoning salt, but a flavor enhancer.
